Ty Propp has been hired as the new girls basketball coach at Lakeland Christian Academy in Winona Lake.

Propp comes to LCA after spending the past two seasons as an assistant coach for the Grace College women’s basketball program. He replaces former LCA coach Jay Lavender, who guided the Cougars for the past 11 years.

Propp is a graduate of Grace Theological Seminary and has worked in the past with both the boys basketball and boys soccer programs at LCA.

Propp is employed with Grace Schools and he and his wife Donna have three children and reside in Warsaw.
