Wesley Emerson ‘Wes’ LaRue
Wesley Emerson “Wes” LaRue, 46, of Warsaw, Ind., died at 11:06 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012, in his home.
He was born Aug. 18, 1965, in Warsaw to Robert E. and Mary L. (Abbott) LaRue. A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a production worker for Maple Leaf Farms. In the past he had worked at several companies within the RV industry – the longest being with Fairmont Homes, Nappanee, Ind.
He enjoyed fishing and gardening; loved his dogs, holidays and family get-togethers; he was a hard worker.
Mr. LaRue is survived by a son: Brandon Scott LaRue, Japan; two sisters: Dawn (Jesse) Sanchez, Warsaw; Kathleen “Kathy” Ferris, Louisa, Ky.; three brothers: Robert Edward “Ed” (Kum) LaRue, Clarksville, Tenn.; Franklin Anthony “Frank” (Beverly) LaRue, Warsaw; Walter Garrett “Wally” (Colleen) LaRue, South Whitley, Ind.; several nieces and nephews and his companion: Mimi LaRue, Warsaw.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Kim Sterling LaRue.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. The service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 18, in the funeral home with Pastor David Cripe, New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Warsaw. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery, Warsaw.
