Old Jail Museum, located at the corner of Indiana and Main streets in downtown Warsaw, will host a two-day commemoration of John Dillinger’s bold 1934 invasion of the local police station, in which his gang stole three bulletproof vests and two service pistols, on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 11 and 12.

Earlier this month, the Old Jail Museum in Warsaw reopened after taking the usual few months off for the winter. With cautious optimism the museum’s co-directors Greg Steffe and Nanette Frantz are looking forward to 2021 and trying to spread the word about what the museum has to offer.
