Accident Damages NIPSCO Line Near Milford

Milford residents experienced a brief flickering of lights around 3:20 p.m. Friday, April 29, after a motorist on CR 1300N hit a Northern Indiana Public Service Company pole near Wawasee Community Bible Church and CR 100E. The resulting damage to the line caused a nearby fence to become energized, which in turn started a brief field fire.
