WARSAW — Kosciusko REMC and NIPSCO are currently reporting power outages for the southwestern part of Kosciusko County.

As of 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 15, according to its outage map, KREMC is reporting 2,377 customers without power. KREMC also posted to its Facebook page, stating that crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible.

“We will post updates when new information is available,” read KREMC’s Facebook post.

NIPSCO’s power outage map is showing a total of 1,737 customers without power, including 106 in Burket, 268 in Claypool, 607 in Mentone, and 559 in Silver Lake.
