Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:
- 12:06 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of theft.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 7:47 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 3300 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Representatives for Arby’s reported forgery.
- 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2000 block East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Nathan A. Burton reported the theft of two kayaks. Value: $300.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 3:31 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2100 block of Sunset Lane, Rochester. A woman reported receiving multiple threatening calls about shooting up her house.
- 12:19 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 700 block of East Walnut Street, Akron. A pickup truck fire was investigated. No one was around the fire and it was not near a structure.
- 9:13 p.m. Monday, July 4, no location provided. An 11-year-old juvenile reported that an adult male had battered him and was under the influence.
- 10:07 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 300 block of Blacketor Drive, Rochester. Firework fell over and caused a grass fire.
- 7:10 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 6300 block of West SR 14, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of a blue and tan Chevy Silverado parked in a driveway with nobody inside, east of a shop by a corn field.
- 10:33 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 1000 block of Courtland Court, Rochester. A person reported being blackmailed by a woman on Instagram believed to be running a scam.
- 2:34 p.m. Saturday, July 2, South US 31 and Wabash Avenue, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of a gray Toyota missing a right mirror refusing to let other vehicles pass, refusing to get out of passing lane and all over the road. The driver was found and issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
- 1:39 p.m. Friday, July 1, West SR 14 and North SR 17, Kewanna. Officers investigated a report of a blue Impala reported all over the road.
- 12:07 p.m. Friday, July 1, North US 31 and East CR 50N, Rochester. Officers investigated a gray Volkswagon Passat reportedly all over the road.
- 5 p.m. Friday, July 1, 500 block of South Toner Street, Kewanna. A person reported being harassed by two women outside his home.
- 6:18 p.m. Friday, July 1, SR 19 and SR 66. Officers investigated a report of a black Jeep Cherokee going over the center line.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:
- midnight Monday, July 4, 1300 block of Ninth Street, Goshen. Police received a report of loud music coming from a vehicle. The driver, Luis Fernando Murillo, 28, Ligonier, was found to have operated a vehicle while intoxicated.
