James Thomas “Jim” Harper Sr., 90, Culver, died June 12, 2022.

He was born May 22, 1932.

He married Ina Powers on Aug. 13, 1960; she survives.

He is also survived by his daughters, Joan and Jeannine; two grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Kristin Harper; and adopted son, Frank (Susan) Elizondo.
