Lake Wawasee appeared to be the hardest hit, with the biggest damage coming at Baypoint Condominiums II on East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Morrison Island was another area struck by downed trees. Several homes, as well as a stop sign, were damaged. One homeowner reported a limb going through the roof of his garage. Green Avenue was closed due to a large tree and power lines being down. A garage appeared to take the brunt of a large tree being uprooted at 9143 N. Morrison Island Road.
