Paul Francis DeTurk, 69, Columbia City, died at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born Nov. 18, 1952.

He married Rita Sledge; she preceded him in death.
