North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 3:03 p.m. Friday, May 20, 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. A fence was damaged and written on.
- 4:03 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 200 block of South East Street, North Webster. An electronic device was stolen. Value of $210.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 1:25 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. A bicycle was stolen. Value of $50.
- 3:17 p.m. Friday, May 20, 700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. A window on a vehicle was broken.
- 12:21 p.m. Friday, May 20, 1600 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. Cigarettes, pills and an autographed cassette were stolen.
- 10:19 a.m. Friday, May 20, 900 block of North Zimmer Road/West Lake Street, Warsaw. Keys were found.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 4:49 p.m.Thursday, May 19, South Fifth Street and Purl Street, Goshen. A traffic stop was conducted for an equipment violation near the intersection of South Fifth Street and Purl Street. During the investigation, the passenger of the vehicle, later identified as Elida Fullmer, 34, 415 N. Parker St., Warsaw, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Fullmer was released on scene with a pending Goshen City Court date.
- 4:04 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2300 block of Lincolnway East, Goshen. A 57-year-old Syracuse man was trespassed. A report was taken.
Elkhart County
Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 6:25 a.m. Friday, May 20, 18000 of CR 142, New Paris. The Elkhart County Parks Department reported between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, suspects vandalized the women’s latrine.
- 6:25 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2700 of block CR 50, Nappanee. JoLynn Miller, 54, reported between midnight March 17, 2022 and midnight May 3, 2022, suspects committed fraudulent activity.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 1:11 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 1600 block of CR 500S, Rochester. Jessa L. Zartman reported someone stole her Chihuahua worth approximately $1,500.
- 7:36 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2000 of block Sweetgum Road, Rochester. Jennifer R. Shafer and James R. Rans reported a theft.
