Chuck Lisenbee
Chuck Lisenbee, 60, Warsaw, died at 1:53 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2022, at I.U. University Hospital, Indianapolis. Chuck died a few days after an unexpected illness and is now at home in Heaven.
He was born May 25, 1961, in Uneeda, W.Va. He was one of four children born to Sue (Britton) Holloway and Charles E. Lisenbee. On April 7, 1984, he married his best friend, Teresa Lynn Brown. They were blessed with 38 years of marriage together before he passed away.
Chuck spent the last 55 years living in Kosciusko County, where he was a 1981 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He worked at Zimmer Inc. in Warsaw from 1981-1996. Most people knew him as the kind and helpful owner of Acey’s Trophies & Awards in Warsaw. For 28 years, Chuck made countless trophies and engravings for many people to celebrate their accomplishments. He was still working up until his passing. He was a compassionate and caring individual with a heart for service. Chuck was always trying to help others when needed. He had such an amazing outlook on life that allowed him to always see the best in people. He was a loving husband and wonderful dad who will be dearly loved and forever missed.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Teresa Lynn Lisenbee, Warsaw and his son, Josh Lisenbee, Warsaw. He also leaves behind his mother and step-father, Sue and Jerry Holloway, Warsaw; brother, Jimmy (Tracy) Lisenbee, Warsaw; sister, Peggi (Ron) Lisenbee-Wright, Winona Lake; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Tye Lisenbee.
A private family graveside service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
