Detectives With Delphi Investigation Seek Information
News Release
DELPHI — Those investigating the 2017 murders of two girls in Delphi are seeking additional information.
According to an Indiana State Police press release, investigators with the Delphi Double Homicide Task Force are asking for information related to people who communicated with the profile anthony_shots on the social media platform called Yellow, currently known as Yubo.
The investigation deals with the murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams.
If people or someone they know communicated with the profile anthony_shots, they should contact law enforcement at [email protected] or 765-822-3535.
In an earlier ISP press release, it was stated that the anthony_shots profile was being used from 2016 to 2017 on social media applications, including but not limited to, Snapchat and Instagram. The fictitious anthony_shots profile used images of a known male model and portrayed himself as being extremely wealthy and owning numerous sports cars.
The creator of the fictitious profile used this information while communicating with juvenile females to solicit nude images, obtain their addresses and attempt to meet them. The male in the photos used is not the person being investigated; someone else used his image for the fake profile.
