Bair, Williams Promoted At Lake City Bank

WARSAW — Lake City Bank recently announced the promotions of two of its employees.
Austin L. Bair has been promoted to Senior Community Reinvestment Officer.
In this position, Bair develops and manages community relations and activities for the bank in Northern Indiana. He ensures that the bank follows Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations related to planning and development of policies and activities to increase lending, services and investments in the community. He has been with the bank for six years.
Bair earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University South Bend (IUSB). He is a Realtist Association of Northeast Indiana (RANI) board member. He teaches financial literacy at Fort Wayne Housing Authority and Lutheran Social Services of Indiana and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Lake City Bank Reality Stores.
Also promoted was Brooke C. Williams, who is now Retail Banking Officer at the Milford office.
In this position, Williams leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for five years.
Williams is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Milford and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
