Timothy Wayne Harman
Timothy Wayne Harman, 66, of rural Akron, passed at 4:05 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Tim was born on Sept. 5, 1955, in Columbia City, to the late Gerald Eugene and Bonnie (Eberly) Harman. He was a 1974 graduate of Whitko High School. In the earlier years he ran his own construction business. He then worked for R.R. Donnelley & Sons for almost 40 years. He enjoyed farming and fishing. Tim always had his hands busy with a project, from guns to tractors and everything in between. But most of all he loved to spend time with his granddaughter.
He is survived by his sons: Heath and wife Jessica Harman of Akron; and Blake Harman and fiancé Jennifer Keplinger of Columbia City; granddaughter, Brinley Harman; sisters: Cathy and husband Max Shirk, Sherry and husband Randy Krider, Nancy and husband Steve Krieg, Cindy Ambrose, and Tami Harman Beers; Several Nieces and Nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Deb Baker.
The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 22, at King Memorial Home 101 North Tucker Street Mentone.
Visitation hours will be poor to the service from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 22, at King Memorial Home, Mentone.
