Rico, Fulton Promoted At Lake City Bank

WARSAW — Lake City Bank recently announced the promotions of two of its employees.
Marissa Rico has been promoted to talent management officer.
In this position, Rico is responsible for identifying, hiring and retaining quality employees for customer-facing positions within the bank. She has been with the bank for three years.
Rico has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from IPFW (currently known as Purdue Fort Wayne).
Victoria A. Fulton has been promoted to small business lending officer.
In this position, Fulton is responsible for underwriting commercial loan applications and helps manage the small business portfolio for the bank. She has been with the bank for three years.
Fulton has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sales and marketing from Purdue University.
