Santa Visit On Saturday At Warsaw NAPA Will Benefit CCS
Staff Report
WARSAW — Santa is making a special visit to NAPA Auto Parts on Saturday, Dec. 11.
And the event will help those locally in need.
People are welcome to bring their kids to visit with Santa from 9 a.m.-noon. The store is asking that people bring nonperishable food items in exchange for the visits.
Those items will be donated to Combined Community Services of Warsaw.
Scott Clay, NAPA of Warsaw’s marketing manager, said it’s the first time that the store has had such an event. He said that NAPA employees just wanted to ensure that local people had food if they needed it this winter.
There’s already a barrel set out at the store to collect food donations if people want to donate before Saturday, Clay added.
There will also be a few gifts provided for families in need at the event, so people may message their children’s wish list to NAPA of Warsaw’s Facebook page ahead of time for them to possibly get a gift from Santa at the event.
