Warsaw Library Announces December Events

WARSAW — The Warsaw Community Public Library will host the following events in December:
Bedtime stories are at 7 p.m. each Thursday in December. Listen to guest readers share their favorite stories on Facebook.
Check out what’s new at WCPL at 10 a.m. Dec. 1 on Facebook. Just in With Jill features new items added to the collection.
Those two years and younger are invited to Toddler Story Time at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 1. Children will enjoy stories, songs and age-appropriate activities.
Santa arrives at the library on Dec. 4 and will visit with children from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Children can enjoy crafts, popcorn and receive a treat bag.
Friends of the Library Story Emporium Bookstore will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 4 and 18. The store is located at the library and will feature a special sale each week.
Watch an online tutorial on how to paint an aurora borealis winter scene on Facebook at 4 p.m. Dec. 8. Watch at a later date on YouTube.
Sue Delagrange will present “Hurried but Still Healthy” online at 1 p.m. Dec. 3 and again at 11 a.m. Dec. 9. Please register in advance at cancer-services.org.
Watch Unbox the L.O.T. at 4 p.m. Dec. 15 and learn how to play Zombie Dice. View on Facebook or watch at a later date on YouTube.
Join Carl Mosher to paint a winter scene at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 20. The class fee of $25 is due at advance registration by cash or check.
Kids can play Minecraft from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Dec. 21. Play on a library computer or bring your own. Please register in advance. Teens can play Minecraft from 4-5:30 p.m. Dec. 28.
LEGO Club meets from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 29. Children and families are invited to drop in and build. LEGOs are provided.
