Local Businesses Lining Up To Support Clearly Kosciusko
News Release
WINONA LAKE – Clearly Kosciusko gives local businesses and organizations a simple-but-effective way to show their support for the county. Thirty locally owned businesses and organizations have joined, with more to come.
“Clearly Kosciusko’s mission to bring attention to our wonderful part of the state is a mission that we’re absolutely on board with!” said David Sanner, owner of Lake City Restoration. “We are a business of neighbors helping neighbors. Since we’re centrally located in Kosciusko County, supporting investments in our county just makes sense,” he added.
Clearly Kosciusko emphasizes the unique aspects of the county: robust economic development, 100-plus natural lakes, and year-round activities for residents and visitors. Each member represents a piece of the whole story.
“We joined Clearly Kosciusko to be a part of the countywide initiative to showcase our corner of Kosciusko County,” said Renea Salyer, executive director of the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce. “As one of the gateways into Kosciusko County, we offer a quick glimpse at what it represents. We are a thriving lake community with great people, schools, businesses, restaurants, places to visit, and places to live,” Salyer said.
Far from being exclusive, Clearly Kosciusko is for visitors as well as residents. Todd Speicher, president of Instrumental Machine & Development, affirmed the brand’s high goal. “It is our hope that those living outside of the county will see Kosciusko County become a popular destination to visit, attract new talent, and connect with Clearly Kosciusko member businesses,” Speicher said. Visitors who encounter Clearly Kosciusko can be sure that every member organization is invested in the county.
In order to amplify all the opportunities available in the county, Clearly Kosciusko relies on local businesses and organizations adopting the brand. “Clearly Kosciusko is a great platform for visitors and residents to see what is going on in our community and get connected with new people and experiences around them,” said Tiffany Aites, co-owner of Port Winona Wine & Market. This can be as simple as using the #clearlykc hashtag on social media or adding the Clearly Kosciusko logo to marketing materials.
