SYRACUSE — Ritter Electric, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc., a quality service business since 1999, celebrated its new location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, Nov. 5.
Founders and owners Gabe and Stacey Ritter were joined by their employees and several members of the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce for the 8 a.m. event.
The Ritters and their 19 employees moved the business to 9708 N. 300E, Syracuse, from its former location at 304 N. Huntington St. The new facility boasts two floors, each with 2,000 square feet, and 10,000 square feet of shop space. The interior of the frontage building was completely remodeled and added onto.
“We needed more space to help service our customers,” said Gabe. “We are excited to grow into the new space.” He noted the company’s geographical focus. “We are licensed all over northern Indiana, but our focus is to serve the Wawasee school district.”
Stacey extended her gratitude to Renea Salyer and other members of the chamber. “We just want to say how much we appreciate her and all she does for the businesses in our area. The chamber members who attended are also our customers. Steve Fields has been a longtime customer of ours and we have gotten to know Mason Slabaugh through Tippy Country Club, where we have done work and had our company Christmas party.”
Ritter Electric, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides services for residential, commercial, remodels and new construction clients and promises in its mission statement:
“We at Ritter Services strive to provide you with superior service for all of your electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Our professional team has over 200 years of combined experience in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades.”
The Ritters defined the company’s core values as integrity, quality, teamwork and innovation.
