WARSAW — The Downtown Spooktakular took place Friday evening, Oct. 29, despite cold, wet conditions.
Many who showed up to collect treats from local businesses wore rain gear, carried umbrellas or huddled under storefront awnings in an attempt to stay dry.
The costume contest on the courthouse lawn began at 7 p.m.
Last year’s Spooktacular was held as a drive-thru event due to COVID.
