SIDNEY — The Sidney Lions Club has been busy lately. In September, the club planted a flowering crabapple tree next to the Sidney Community Building along SR 13.
In October, the club installed a little free library there, too. As there is no public library in Jackson and Monroe townships, the Lions club hopes this will help to encourage people’s reading. The library has books for all ages.
