WINONA LAKE – Final paving of the new roundabout on Pierceton Road and CR 250E is expected to cause major traffic delays in the area on Friday, Oct. 8, and Saturday, Oct. 9.

The intersection will remain open to traffic but will be controlled by flagging operations during the day.

Major traffic delays are expected during the portion of paving that surrounds the center circle as traffic will need to be stopped in all directions to allow equipment around the circle to work, according to a news release from Phend & Brown in Milford.

Changing weather conditions could alter plans.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
