Sammy Medrano

SOUTH BEND – The South Bend Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Sammy Medrano, a 23-year-old biracial male, who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about140 pounds. He has dark brown hair with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red shirt and tan pants.

He is missing from South Bend and was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 4:06 am. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
