WINONA LAKE – Town Manager Craig Allebach announced Monday that beginning this week, Winona Lake’s trash schedule will change.

Beginning immediately, all residents will have their trash and recycling collected on Thursdays. Trash will be picked up weekly and recycling will be collected every other week. Those residents that had their recycling picked up on Tuesday previously will have theirs picked up on Thursday, Sept. 16, and every other Thursday thereafter.

The recycling schedule will remain the same for those residents that have had their recycling picked up every other Thursday, starting Sept. 23.
