WARSAW – Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County has temporarily stopped accepting applications for its housing program.
The organization is reworking its application system and plans to open applications again in mid-2022. All current applications will be fully processed, but no new applications will be accepted at this time.
“We understand this may be a confusing transition for everyone involved, but we’re really excited for the changes that are on the horizon,” said Ben Logan, Habitat’s executive director. “We’re developing an application system that will better serve our partner families. In the meantime, projects at our office, store and current build site will still move forward.”
Habitat’s office and ReSale Outlet (both at 3970 Corridor Drive in Warsaw) are open for business as usual. The office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the ReSale Outlet is open Thursday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Habitat’s next build is located in Warsaw, across from the Salvation Army. If you are interested in donating toward this project or volunteering on the construction site, please call the Habitat office at (574) 269-4104.
