Diane Louise Ryman
Diane Louise Ryman, 76, Atwood, passed away at 4:22 p.m. Aug. 17, 2021, at Paddock Springs Health Campus, Warsaw, where she had been in declining health for the past year. On Jan. 24, 1945, in Warsaw, she was born to Laurel W. Clingenpeel and Betty L. (Holderman) Clingenpeel. Diane had lived all her life in the Atwood community.
On Dec. 31, 1963, in Atwood she married David E. Ryman and together they shared the past 57 years.
Diane was a Housewife/Homemaker. She had worked at Creighton Brothers, Etna Green Elevator, and Bourbon Wire.
Diane was a member of Harrison Center Church, Etna Green; and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She attended Atwood High School and graduated from Warsaw High School with the class of 1963 after the consolidation.
Diane is survived by her husband, Dave Ryman of Atwood; son, Brian E. Ryman and wife Ashley of Atwood; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild, with one on the way; sisters: Cindy Simmons and husband Dorsey of Fort Wayne; Brenda Brown and husband Mike of Kentucky; brothers: David Clark and wife Cynthia of Warsaw; Stephen Clingenpeel and wife Melanie of Kentucky; and Brent Clingenpeel of Kentucky
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Laura (Ryman) Graham; sister, Janina Haines
Friends may visit with the family from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday Aug. 22, at Harrison Center Church, 965 800 W., Etna Green.
Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the church with Rev. Mark Burritt of Harrison Center Church.
