For the second consecutive game, the Tippecanoe Valley boys soccer team started fast but couldn’t maintain their lead and lost a tough contest to NorthWood JV by the score of 5-3. For the next 20 minutes the two teams traded goals and both missed scoring opportunities. Ruiz netted his 3rd goal of the young season to tie it at 3-3 with about 12 minutes to play. However, NorthWood quickly regained the advantage scoring on a ball Valley was unable to clear out of the box, which made it 4-3 for the visitors. The Panthers added an insurance goal with 90 seconds left to ice the game.
