James “Jimmy” Allen Stahl, 67, Plymouth, passed away at 2:38 a.m. Aug. 13, 2021, at Saint Joseph Health System, Plymouth. He had been in declining health for several years. On June 26, 1954, in Rensselaer, he was born to Earl Edward Stahl and Pansy Violet (Sellers) Stahl. Jimmy lived most of his life in Marshall County.
He married Rhoda (Neace) Stahl and together they shared the past 40 years with each other.
Jimmy worked at Hoosier Tire & Rubber in the Rubber Plant, Plymouth, and retired in Research and Development in the R&D Lab in 2012.
He attended House of Prayer Church in Plymouth, Indiana. Jimmy attended Argos High School, Argos.
Jimmy is survived by his Wife Rhoda (Neace) Stahl of Plymouth; daughter: Wilma Neace of Rochester; grandson: Codell Neace-Phillips of Rochester; sister: Karen Obenchain and husband Ron of Plymouth; step-father, Kenneth Iliff of Bremen; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Doug Neace; brothers: Bob Stahl, Chuck Stahl, Harold Stahl, Larry Stahl, William Stahl, and Ronald Stahl; sisters: Rosemary Boyd, Phyllis Townsel, Norma Stahl, Shirley Heddens, and Sherri Ludwig
Friends may visit with the family from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, at the funeral home.
