While speaking with Gonzales, the officer noticed the smell of alcohol coming from the vehicle. When the officer asked how much he had to drink that day, Gonzales said about a six-pack.
Gonzales’ BAC was 0.17. He has two prior convictions for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was previously convicted for driving while suspended.
