WARSAW – A railroad crossing along SR 15 (Detroit Street) has been reopened in downtown Warsaw after a repair project.

The improvements to the east-west rail line were at a crossing between Market Street and Winona Avenue – just south of Little Crow Lofts.

Crews working for CF&E Railroad removed the road barriers early Saturday morning, July 24, and the road was reopened to traffic by about 8:30 a.m.

Work on the anticipated five-day project began Monday, July 19.
