RR Crossing Work Begins This Morning In Warsaw
Staff Report
WARSAW – Beginning early Monday morning, July 19, motorists using SR 15 in Warsaw will have to get around a railroad closing.
The closing is necessary for construction work on a railroad crossing along Detroit Street between Market Street and Winona Avenue – just south of Little Crow Lofts.
The crossing will be closed for about five days and is needed to allow CF&E Railroad to replace and rehabilitate the railroad crossing, according to information provided by the city of Warsaw.
State and local detours will be marked. Local motorists should use Buffalo Street to circumvent the closure.
