Man Accused Of Selling More Than 28 Grams Of Meth

WARSAW — A man from Albion was recently arrested after dealing more than 28 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover officer.
Carlton Joseph Harwood, 51, Albion, is charged with dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony.
Sometime in April, the NET43 Drug Task Force made a controlled purchase of 28.9 grams of methamphetamine from Harwood in Kosciusko County.
Harwood was convicted of dealing methamphetamine in Noble County Superior Court One in 2010. He also has an active case for methamphetamine possession in Kosciusko County.
He was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on July 7, with a $25,750 surety and cash bond.
