At 3:39 p.m. Thursday, July 8, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on West US 30, west of North SR 19 in Etna Green.
Amy E. Butler, 55, Warsaw, was driving a silver 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan west on US 30. Butler told officers while she was approaching the intersection of US 30 and SR 19, she had the right-of-way according to the automatic traffic control devices. Butler turned left onto SR 19.
