Beverly Ann “Campy” Sahagun
Beverly Ann “Campy” Sahagun, Warsaw, passed at 4:15 p.m. on July 5, 2021, at Paddock Springs in Warsaw. She was strong, however time had simply worn her down.
Born Beverly Ann Harp on June 11, 1933, on the farm outside Sidney, to Ted and Martha Harp. She married Jan. 19, 1951, to Louis A Sahagun from Chicago, Ill. He passed Jan. 12, 1992.
She was a homemaker to her three children, while starting their lives in Chicago. The family moved to Warsaw in 1966 where she started her working career at Blue Bell. She found a telephone operator opening at United Telephone Co. of Indiana and proudly carried the torch for the next 20+ years retiring in 1992.
Survivors include a daughter, Gail Sahagun Zaeske, Milwaukee, Wisc.; sons: Steve and Rick Sahagun, Warsaw; sister, Karen Sue (Newell) Clouse, Nappanee; four grandchildren: Andrea, Andrew, Emily and Jordan; and four great-grandchildren: Jace, Ayla, Hudson and Billie. She was preceded to the other side by her husband Louis, brother Roger, parents Ted and Martha, and son-in-law William Zaeske.
Per Campy’s wishes, no memorial is planned at this time. Campy will be missed by family, friends and by all the lives she touched in her lifetime. We’re all grateful!
Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw, IN 46580 is entrusted with Campy’s care.
