Representatives of the North Webster Community Public Library board, Friends of the Library, The Watershed Foundation, North Webster Chamber of Commerce, Lilly Lakes & Streams, Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Kosciusko Water and Woodland Invasive Partnership, and government officials were on hand for the ribbon cutting to officially open the Smithsonian Water/Ways exhibit Saturday morning.
