WARSAW — Beginning July 1, the State of Indiana will increase fees that county clerk offices, including Kosciusko’s, charge for certain services.
The cost to apply for a marriage license will increase from $18 to $25 for Indiana residents and from $60 to $65 for out-of-state residents.
Certification of court and clerk records will increase to $3 per certification. Certified copies of marriage records will increase to $4 per copy. Photocopies are $1 per page currently and will remain that amount.
