At 3:01 p.m. Monday, June 21, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s officers responded to a report of a three-vehicle accident on West US 30, near North CR 800W, Warsaw.
Dustin A. Sloan, 37, Goshen, was driving north on CR 800W in a blue 2018 Ford Fusion. Sloan was crossing the intersection of US 30 and proceeded north across the westbound lanes when he hit a white 2017 Ford SW.
