Lowering Of Flags In Elkhart Honors Former Mayor Miller

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing flags in Elkhart County to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of former the Mayor of Elkhart, David “Dave” Lee Miller.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, June 12, 2021.
Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Elkhart County to lower their flags to half-staff on Saturday.
Miller died May 23 at Elkhart General Hospital after a weeks-long battle with COVID-19, according to the Elkhart Truth.
He was 62.
