Pierceton Alumni Banquet Honoring Two Classes
PIERCETON — “Double your pleasure, double your fun with the classes of 1970 and 1971.” That will be the theme of this year’s Pierceton alumni banquet. This is due to the cancellation of last year’s event because of the pandemic. The two classes have been preparing for the event and making every effort to make it a safe environment. The date of the banquet is June 26. The reservations for the banquet are due by June 18 to secure a meal and a seat with the class.
Invitation cards have been mailed out or one can make reservations by visiting www.piercetonalumni.com.
The doors of Pierceton Elementary School will open at 5 p.m. for visitation time; dinner will begin at 6 p.m. The cost is $20 per person. Payments may be mailed to: Pierceton Alumni, P.O. Box 288, Pierceton, IN 46562, or made on the website.
Along with a meal and business meeting, there will be a special afghan, old yearbooks and gift baskets.
Anyone wishing more information about the banquet or the alumni association may call Doug Gregory at (260) 437-9935.
If you have attended Pierceton school at any point in your educational years, you are invited to be a part of the banquet. The association is also asking for updated emails and physical addresses for future mailings and alumni information.
