Toms Tips Oils
Here is a quick guide on using oils:
Never use it: Vegetable oil
With heat, as high as you need: Canola oil, Sunflower oil, Sesame oil, Peanut oil, Grapeseed oil, Ghee, Avocado oil
Moderate heat: Coconut oil Low heat: Pumpkin seed oil, EVOO
Without heat: Flaxseed oil, Hemp oil, Walnut Oil With or without heat: Sesame oil, Pumpkin seed oil, Avocado oil, EVOO
Hazelnut Spread Combine – 1 cup of roasted hazelnuts with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of walnut oil in a high-speed blender, and mix until creamy.
Mayo – Make a homemade mayo with 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 cup of avocado oil and salt. This way you can skip the sugar and artificial preservatives that lead to belly fat.
