Eric Scott Wallace, 38, rural Fulton County, passed away on April 28, 2021, at 4 a.m. at his residence in Fulton County.
On Jan. 28, 1983, in Plymouth, he was born to Donald L. Wallace and Judith L. (Sherow) Wallace. Eric lived most of his life in the Rochester community.
Eric worked at the Argos McDonald’s for six years and the past year at Rochester Metal.
Eric was a graduate of Rochester High School with the Class of 2001. He served in the United States Navy as a nuclear field machinist’s mate – MM3 E4. He received his honorable discharge on Aug. 20, 2003.
Eric is survived by his parents, Donald and Judith Wallace, Rochester; brothers Donald Wallace II, Rochester, and Jesstin Wallace and wife Samantha, Nappanee; sister Angela Tucker and husband Josh, Rochester; grandmother Shirley Sherow, Warsaw; and many aunts and uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David Wallace, Betty Bailey, June Sherow and Albert Sherow; uncles Frank Wallace, Bob Barcus and Bill Martz; and aunt Judy Wallace.
His funeral service will be held on Monday, May 3, at 11 a.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, with burial to follow at Richland Center IOOF Cemetery.
