Nancy Faye Miller
Nancy Faye Miller, 78, formerly of Bremen, died at 2:10 p.m., Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, after a sudden illness.
She was born on April 7, 1943, in Neon, Ky. to John and Opal (Bentley) Sexton. Mrs. Miller spend most of her life in the Bremen area. She married Jerry A. Miller on Nov. 11, 1968.
Nancy was a former member of New Beginnings Assembly of God where she was a Missionette teacher. Nancy enjoyed sewing, reading, baking and antiquing. She also loved the outdoors and spending time in her garden.
She is survived by her good friend and former husband, Jerry Miller of Bremen; three daughters: Opal (Terry) Walesiewicz of Plymouth; Sherry (Jefferson) Miller of New Paris; and Vicki (Donnie) Wiseman of Corydon; two sons: Jerry Miller of Cromwell; and Terry Miller of Plymouth; 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; brother John Ernest Sexton of Jackson, Ohio; two sisters, Edna (Neil) Scarbery of Bourbon; and Sharon (Randy) Fisher of Nappanee.
Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Leroy Sexton, sisters Shirley Ray and Velma Tillotson, and sister-in-law Kathy Sexton.
Friends and family may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, May 1, at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home in Nappanee, followed by a 1pm funeral service. Pastor Brian Moore of New Beginnings Assembly of God will officiate with burial taking place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bourbon.
