NorthWood 5, Mishawaka 0
The host Panthers were almost nearly perfect Friday in a Northern Lakes Conference dual in Nappanee.
In all five matchups, the Panthers allowed just one game between them in a sterling performance. Tasia Greznia was the only one to break through in a game, taking one in the first set against Britton Jesse, but the NorthWood freshman silenced Greznia the rest of the way in a one-love result.
Gabriella Umbower and Paige Henschen both won shutout singles matches against Kylee Creech and Grace Selesky. Amy Adams and Emery Porter at No. 1 doubles and Kate Stillson and Ashlyn Feller at No. 2 doubles each won via shutout as well over their Cavemen opponents.
NorthWood also won 10 of the 11 JV courts, seven of those via shutouts.

Strong singles play led Plymouth to a win over Warsaw Friday evening.
Plymouth gave up just six games among the three courts, led by a shutout courtesy Aubrey Vervynckt over Regan Brouwer. Miranda German and Bella Kain each dropped just three games in wins over Paige Zawadzki and Megan Mishler.
Plymouth’s Annie Plothow and Cassidy Riddle closed out Anna Brehany and Kennedy Wiedeman three and one at No. 2 doubles.
