MILFORD — Kyle T. Weber, 26, CR 850E, Leesburg, was not injured when his 2002 Chevrolet Impala was struck by a northbound Norfolk Southern freight train Tuesday evening, April 20. The collision occurred at 5:31 p.m. at the First Street railroad crossing, east of Main Street in Milford.
Weber told police as he approached the railroad intersection on First Street he did not see the train and made a brief stop at the tracks and proceeded across.
