Phillip M. “Phil” Albert, 71, Pierceton, passed away at 2:01 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021, at his home. He was born May 6, 1949, in Warsaw, to Ernest Calvin and Erma Ione (Trump) Albert.
He was a lifetime Pierceton area resident and graduated in 1967 from Pierceton High School. He was married Oct. 27, 1967, in Pierceton, to Diana L. Leckrone who survives and he retired from Dalton Foundry in Warsaw after 35 years.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Albert of Pierceton; two sons: Mike (Beth) Albert of Brandon Miss.; and Brian (Michele) Albert of Warsaw; four grandchildren: Jamie Albert, Justin Albert, Rich (Angie) Wade, and Beau (Stasha) Wade; eight grandchildren: Sierra, Rayne, Trinity, Kayli, Chloe, Piper, Arya, Azlynne; sister: Pat Byrer of Pensacola, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw. No public services will be held. A private Celebration of Life service will be at a later date.
