- 9:44 a.m. Monday, March 22, North Huntington Street, north of North Main Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Christopher D. Washington, 35, Founders Road, Indianapolis; and Erlene Yentes, 55, East Medusa Street Apartment 2C, Syracuse. Washington was backing his vehicle to travel into an alley when he backed into Yentes’ vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 12:32 p.m. Monday, March 22, SR 15, near Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Martha L. Sellers, 84, Parent Drive, Warsaw; and Autum S. Ebey, 18, North Shaffer Street, Milford. Sellers was traveling west on Anchorage Road when she turned right onto SR 15 as Ebey was passing through a green light at an intersection. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.
- 11:05 a.m. Monday, March 22, Jalynn Street, near SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: unknown; and Jarjeez M. Hassan, 50, Dominion Boulevard, Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Hassan was traveling east on Jalynn Street when an unknown driver turned right on red in front of his vehicle. The unknown driver left the scene. Damage up to $2,500.
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:
- 5:02 p.m. Sunday, March 21, Park Avenue, near Administration Boulevard, Winona Lake. Drivers: David A. Kahn, 66, Stone Camp Trail, Winona Lake; and Rafael Gonzalez, 43, East Sage Drive, Warsaw. Kahn’s vehicle rear-ended Gonzalez’s. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.
