Joe’s Kids Receives $15K Grant From Dekko Foundation
News Release
WARSAW — Joe’s Kids is poised to provide much-needed therapy services to an even greater number of children with special needs or developmental delays through a matching grant opportunity.
Rebecca Bazzoni, executive director for Joe’s Kids, was recently notified that the Dekko Foundation has awarded Joe’s Kids a $15,000 matching grant. The $15,000 matching grant is basically a 1:1 match for any new or increase in donor support.
Early childhood development research indicates the importance of early intervention and treatment for children with developmental delays. Joe’s Kids is a nonprofit pediatric rehabilitation clinic that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services for children with special needs or developmental delays.
“We are very blessed to have the Dekko Foundation in our community. This foundation believes in our mission and understands our dedication and passion for serving our children,” Bazzoni stated.
