NET43 Investigation Results In Four Arrests

NORTH WEBSTER — Following leads from several drug tips provided by North Webster area residents, law enforcement officers assigned to the Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET43) performed multiple drug interdiction encounters on Feb. 3 that eventually led to four arrests.
NET43 investigators continued investigations the following days, concluding with a search warrant for illegal drugs and items associated with illegal sales.
As a result of the investigation, NET43 investigators intercepted approximately 241 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a loaded 40 caliber semi-automatic handgun, a Smith and Wesson 9mm, $5,991 in cash, morphine tablets, Xanax, marijuana and paraphernalia.
The investigations resulted in the arrest of four people, one of which was also wanted on warrants from Elkhart County. Those arrested were:
- Corey Michael Dains, 37, Mishawaka, for dealing/possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia;
- Mitchell Patrick Hall, 49, Wolcottville, for possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended;
- Anthony Hoover, 41, North Webster, for dealing methamphetamine over 10 grams, possession of methamphetamine over 10 grams, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance;
- Cherrie Fox, 44, North Webster, for dealing methamphetamine over 10 grams, possession of methamphetamine over 10 grams, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
