Public Hearing On TCLRSD Preliminary Engineering Report

NORTH WEBSTER — A public hearing on the preliminary engineering report by the Tippecanoe and Chapman Lakes Regional Sewer District will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8. The hearing will be in the gymnasium at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St.

The hearing is to obtain assistance from the state’s Wastewater State Revolving Fund Loan Program.
The district’s engineering consultant, Jones Petrie Rafinski, will present the recommended wastewater project, which includes instillation of a low pressure sewer collection system to serve the district’s territory. The project will be funded, at least in part, through the SRF loan program.
A copy of the PER is avialable for public viewing on the district’s website, www.tippychapmanrsd.com, and will remain posted through Feb. 3. Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the district officials are requesting the public view the PER on its website.
Those who need assistance can contact the district and it can arrange for a viewing of the PER in person.
There will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public during the hearing regarding the PER. Participation is welcome.
