WARSAW — Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired in these COVID-19 times? The Kosciusko Community YMCA invites all in the community to participate in a free six-week ‘Strong In 2021’ challenge designed to help transform mind, body and spirit.
“Now, more than ever before we need to recharge and refocus,” said YMCA Director of Operations Stacy Thomas. “The COVID-19 pandemic has worn us down. It’s isolated us in so many ways. This challenge provides an opportunity to get active and healthier by yourself or as a strong family.”

You will receive three texts a week filled with motivation, challenges, workouts and more. Participating in the ‘Strong In 2021’ challenge will also let you attend the Y free for one day each week, to enjoy swimming, working out and a variety of fitness classes.
Everyone is also invited to view the YMCA’s large library of On-Demand fitness classes. As well as participate in live online fitness classes taught by YMCA instructors, so you can work out wherever you are.
